The Purchasing Department facilitates the procurement of all necessary quality products and services for the schools and District Office of the Pleasant Valley School District.
The Purchasing Department no longer includes a District Copy Center. As of July 1, 2009 the Copy Center was closed. Beginning with the 09-10 school year custom copy jobs (if site equipment is insufficient) should be out-sourced by the school site.
August 5, 2009:
PVSD has recently signed copier equipment contracts with Ricoh Corporate for the next 5 years. Currently, new copier inventories are nationally back-ordered. We are hopeful that by the end of October 2009 all school sites will have newly installed, fully-functioning copiers. Please contact Technology for more information.
