If you have a problem or issue to report that is not considered urgent, please check the
Technology Help Page first to see if the answer is there. If not, you can report it via your web browser using
Track-It. This system also allows you to obtain information regarding the status of your request.
If the system prompts you for a user name and password, please use your complete name (i.e. John Smith), and your usual password (your normal network password) to log in. Take me to the on-line Help Desk.
If you can't access our on-line support system, please call Educational Technology and Information Systems at (805) 445-8751 to report any problems.

You may also call
Educational Technology and Information Systems (445-8751) if your problem is of a more urgent nature. We now have the ability to access your computer over the network and, in some cases, fix your problem while we speak to you on the telephone!
Email Help Desk
You may also report any problems through email. Please address the email to the "Technology" distribution list in Outlook. If you don't hear from a technician within one week of emailing the problem, contact your site administrator or call our office at 445- 8751.
