Dear Parents,

 It is hard to believe that we are entering the final months of our school year.   I have several reminders for you.

·         Did you know that we serve breakfast at Dos Caminos?  A $2.00 breakfast is served each morning between 7:40am and 8:00am.

·         Reminder that dogs are not allowed on campus, including the time when you drop off or pick up your child.  The safety of our students and your pet is our concern.

·         If you take your child to the doctor for an illness, please ask the doctor for a note to excuse your child’s absence.  When a student misses school and has a doctor’s note, it is considered an excused absence and does not affect the SARB (Attendance Review Board) process.

·         STAR testing is April 29-May 10 for all students in grades 2-5.   Please keep these important dates on your calendar and schedule any appointments after school on these dates.  Next month, we will have more updates regarding STAR testing and the suggestions for successful test taking.
