Thank you to all the families that have updated their information and completed the Annual Notifications and Forms in Parent Connect!
Unfortunately, there are many families that have not yet completed this process. Please remember this information is critical, as it pertains to current contact information (primary and emergency contacts) and the completion of mandatory forms. Students without completed Notifications by September 19th, will not be able to access Chromebooks, iPads or other technology utilized as part of classroom curriculum.
Please follow the step-by-step directions in the links below to update your student's information and complete the necessary forms.

If you are unsure whether or not you have completed this process, or if the information you submitted was saved, we ask that you log in and double check your student(s) profile, making certain to follow the above instructions.

Families wishing to register a new student for the 2016-2017 school year must begin the pre-enrollment process online. Parents/Guardians MUST complete the registration process at their neighborhood school in person. Click here to begin the pre-enrollment process.
