Please join La Mariposa school in celebrating our Local Heroes with a special flag ceremony on September 11th. We invite all first responders, current military and veterans to join us in uniform as we celebrate those who keep us safe on a daily basis. Parents are asked to join us out in front of the school at the flag pole at 8:20 AM.
Parent volunteers are needed to assist kindergartners with learning the lunch routine, opening up packages for them and ensuring they know where to sit and what they need to do. Helpers are needed from 11:30AM - 11:50AM and 11:50AM- 12:10PM. Click here to sign-up to help. Please note: Once lunchtime is finished - Parent helpers can assist with walking students to class but should NOT stay in the classroom as to not disrupt activity and would need to return at 1PM to pick their child up. Thank you for your understanding.
