  • Chromebook Pick-up Requirements

    All new and returning students will be receiving Chromebooks for their use throughout the year. Chromebooks are individually assigned to students and their use is governed by the PVSD Student Acceptable Use Policy and Chromebook Agreement. Prior to receiving the Chromebook, students and parents must read and sign the policy and agreement. Individualized copies of these forms, as well as the Chromebook insurance forms, will be provided at orientation for signature and return. Online printed copies will not be accepted.

    Please take a few moments to review these forms with your child prior to attending the class orientation.

    Alternate Chromebook pickup day: Friday, August 26th from 4pm - 8pm

    If you cannot attend orientation or you were unable to receive your student's Chromebook, there will be an alternate pickup day at the PVSD District Office, 600 Temple Avenue, Camarillo. Students from all grades at Monte Vista and Las Colinas will be able to pickup their Chromebook on this date. Remember that insurance is offered on the devices at $20 for the year. Devices not picked up at this event will be available for pickup at the school site once school begins.

  • Academic Rodeo

    On Saturday, August 6th a handful of Las Colinas students participated in the Ventura County Academic Rodeo and won first place!  In addition Abby Chomiller won the Spelling Competition and Manas Khatore placed second.  Congratulations to the following students and coaches for this wonderful accomplishment.  Go Mustangs!

  • First Day of School

    As students arrive on campus there will be alpha lists by grade level posted around campus informing students which classroom to report to.  Students will then receive their class schedules through this class, which will be their homeroom class 
    6th grade alpha lists will be posted on the A and B Buildings
    7th and 8th grade lists will be posted on the E and F Buildings

  • Important Notice Regarding Change in Student Dismissal Time on Thursdays.
