    Project Based Learning

At Las Posas we incorporate Project Based Learning into our teaching and learning curriculum. Project Based Learning (PBL) allows students the opportunity to apply the skills they are learning in school to create relevant, student-driven projects derived from the Common Core State Standards with emphasis in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). By using this model of learning, students focus on communication, creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking as well as improving citizenship, leadership, and personal responsibility.
