  •  Rancho Rosal Halloween Parade

    When: Monday, October 31st!

    Where: Blacktop

    Grades TK-2    8:45am

    Grades 3-5      9:30am

    Please send your child to school with a paper bag and have your child wear their costume over their school clothes.  After the parade, students will remove their costumes and place them in their paper bags.  Don't forget to label your child's costume and bag with their name.

    Masks, "prop" weapons and gory make-up are prohibited.  

    Dressing up is strictly voluntary.

    4th/5th Grade Only - Minimum Dismissal 10/24-10/25

    4th and 5th grade students will be released at 11:55am as Parent Conferences will continue for these grade levels only.

     If you are unsure of your conference date/time, please email your child's teacher directly. The Main Office does not have conference schdule information.


    Friday, October 28th is a staff development day.  It is a student free day.

  • Annual Notifications and Forms

    Thank you, Rancho Families!

    Thank you to all the families that have updated their information and completed the Annual Notifications and Forms in Parent Connect. We now have 93% of our students' forms submitted!  

    For those families that have not yet completed this process, please contact our office directly, and we will be happy to assist you. Please remember the completion of this process is necessary for students to access technology in the classroom, addresses media rights, and supplies us with current contact information for you and your student(s).

    Online Registration for 2016-2017

    Families wishing to register a new student for the 2016-2017 school year must begin the pre-enrollment process online.  Parents/Guardians MUST complete the registration process at their neighborhood school in person. Click here to begin the pre-enrollment process. 

    For questions about registration, please call the enrollment office at (805) 445-8652.
    For technical questions about the enrollment website, please call Technology at (805) 445-8751.

    Parents will be required to print and submit the Residence Verification form, and present hard copies of the following to their Neighborhood School Office Staff in order to complete enrollment:

    • Original birth certificates (copies will be made by office staff)
    • Immunizations
    • Two (2) proofs of residence

    Student enrollment is not complete without online registration and the above documents presented to the office staff.

    Rancho Families, while we understand how much you love your sweet, furry family members, please remember that pets are not allowed on school grounds with the exception of service animals.

    Each teacher and student has been given instructions on how to use the Digital Library. If you have not been given login information, please ask your child's teacher.
    This is a wonderful opportunity for our children to increase their access to digital books.   When you have received your child's login and password, visit http://pvsd.lib.overdrive.com to begin reading and exploring!
