The California School Surveys for 2017-18 are now available. Access the parent or student version at your local school's website. Fifth and Seventh grade students will be taking the student survey. The information you provide will help guide district and school efforts to promote safety, enhance learning supports, and improve student achievement. For a preview of the questions on the survey, please view these documents (Grades K-5 English or Spanish) or these documents (Grades 6-8 English or Spanish).
At the February 15, 2018 School Board meeting, the board took action to adjust attendance zones due to the expansion and relocation of the Pleasant Valley School of Engineering and Arts (PVSEA) program to 700 Temple Avenue. The current PVSEA and Dos Caminos (DCS) attendance zones were combined to make one larger attendance zone called the First Choice Zone. Students residing in the new First Choice Zone may attend one of the schools within that zone. Adjustments were also made to the middle school zones.
Specifics on these changes can be found here. You can also call the Enrollment/Attendance office at 445-8652 for more information.
The PVSEA Expansion Project is the relocation of Pleasant Valley School of Engineering & Arts (PVSEA) and its students from their current location at 1099 Bedford Drive in Camarillo to Pleasant Valley School District’s 550 and 700 Temple Avenue sites in Camarillo. Click here to learn more!
