2017-18 Child Care Registration InformationUPDATED- 9/19/17
Registration for PVSD Child Care is ongoing and registration will be processed through out the summer. Currently all forms received by August 1, 2017 have been processed and notifications have been sent. All forms received after August 1, 2017 will be processed soon.
CONFIRMED ENROLLMENT: Parents of students who have been accepted for the 2017-18 will need to download enrollment forms below and submit on the first day of attendance to your child care location (do not send to the District Office). Open house for students enrolled in child care is scheduled for Tuesday August 29th 5:30-6:30pm at your school location.
*NOTE- there have been updates to the Parent Handbook, so all returning and new families should revew*NEW APPLICANTS: Registration forms are available for download as well as at your school front office and the District Office.Forms must be completed and returned to the District Office (NOT at your school location.) They will date/time stamped in the order they are received. Complete registration forms must also include a $25 per child non refundable registration fee. Once your registration has been processed, you will be notified mid-May on the status of your enrollment.
