PVSD Mandated Training

  • All Employees of PVSD are mandated by the State of California to complete Mandated Reporter Training. All PVSD School Managers are mandated to complete Preventing Harassment Training.

    These trainings can be completed at any time from any computer at work or at home. Employees are responsible for completing all required trainings in a timely manner. The district is required to submit proof of completion to the California Department of Education.

     IMPORTANT! Please read.

    Your Mandated Reporter and Preventing Harrassment Training assignments, will be sent to your DISTRICT EMPLOYEE EMAIL. You must check your email and follow directions to complete the assignment by September 29, 2017. There are NO exemptions or extensions for any mandated trainings.

    Your trainings may be accessed 24/7. You may start and stop at will. Once you complete the training and pass the test your information will be logged into our database. Your certificate of completion is maintained by the district. PVSD will report your completion of mandated trainings to the State of California.


    Mandated Reporter & Preventing Harrassment training

    Armatus System is the district's online training portal for Mandated Reporting and Preventing Harrassment Training

     STEP 1: Go to your PVSD District Email titled "Mandated Reporting" or Preventing Sexual Harrassment" to access your Username and Password

     STEP 2: Click on the link at the BOTTOM of the email or Login in here

     STEP 3: You will go to Armatus System Login Page

     STEP 4: Log into Armatus. 

     STEP 5: Once logged in you may begin your training. You can access trainings 24/7 from any computer anywhere. You may start and stop. It will pick up where you left off.

     STEP 6: Once you complete the training there will be a test. You must pass the test.

     STEP 7: Once complete the computer will update the district's database. We maintain all records electronically and submit records to the State of California.

     Please note that you do not need to print out or submit certificates to the district. The system will do this for you.
