    Online Help Desk

      If you have a problem or issue to report that is not considered urgent, please check the Knowledgebase first to see if the answer is there. You can access the Knowledgebase within the Helpdesk System. If you cannot find the answer to your problem, you can enter a new helpdesk ticket. You can also view the status of your open helpdesk tickets from this site as well.

    If the helpdesk system prompts you for a user name and password, please use your PVSD login credentials to log in.

    If you can't access our helpdesk system, please call Educational Technology and Information Systems at (805) 445-8751 to report any problems.

    TelephoneYou may also call Educational Technology and Information Systems (445-8751) if your problem is of a more urgent nature. We now have the ability to access your computer over the network and, in some cases, fix your problem while we speak to you on the telephone!

    Email Help Desk

    Email SignYou may also report any problems through email. Please address the email to the "Technology" distribution list in Outlook. If you don't hear from a technician within one week of emailing the problem, contact your site administrator or call our office at 445- 8751.
