  • SRTMS DISASTER BIN DONATIONSHard Hat

SRTMS is needing donations to complete the disaster bin that is on campus for emergencies. The storage bin was replaced over the summer of 2017 after the old unit leakedand ruined many of the items. The bin currently does meet district standards, and the items we are requesting is above the minimum needs. The items needed are either to replace those we lost, or to add as recommended by professionals.

  • PEANUT/TREE NUT FREE CLASSROOMS

Due to numerous student allergies, ALL SRTMS classrooms are “peanut/tree nut free zones”. NO peanut/tree nut products are allowed in the classrooms, including any foods processed in a facility that also processes nuts. NO EXCEPTIONS. All food products brought to the SRTMS campus (example: parties, teacher luncheons, sports banquets) MUST be approved by the classroom teacher or office staff. Students may enjoy peanut/tree nut products in their snacks and lunches, yet precautions will be taught to all students to minimize cross contamination. All questions or concerns are to be directed to the Health Office.
